Q) How to buy?
A) Select any item you want to purchase, then click on 'Purchase' to place your order. Or you can click on 'Add to Bag' to continue your shopping. When ever you are ready, togo your shopping cart, and then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button to proceed to the checkout page. Fill in your shipping details and click on the 'Place your order' button to complete your purchase.
Q) How to find my giftcard?
A) You can find your purchased coupon in your account order details page. Click on the 'Orders' link at the top right corner of the page under account icon to view your Orders page. Then find your order and click on the 'View order details' button to view your order details. Click 'View Giftcard' on the right hand side of your item. You will find your code and pin in the order item details page.
Q) How to use giftcard?
A) You can use your giftcard code and pin at the designated retail store. Please have the store cashier to scan your QR code or enter your code and pin to redeem your giftcard.
Q) How to verify my email?
A) You can verify your email by clicking on the verification link sent to your email when you first signed up Funup account. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service center. If you still did not receive the email, please click on the 'Resend verification email' button to resend the verification email:
Click on Account at the top right corner of the page under account icon. Then click on 'Login & Security' to view your account security settings. At your email row, click on the 'Resend verification email' button to resend the verification email.
